Happy Thoughts to Combat Night Terrors

Sharing a little insight in a Vlog today on how I help my children go back to sleep after a bad dream and even night terrors…Happy Thoughts are a little trick that works!

If you made it through the video, yay! Hopefully, it will help you and your children! Honestly, I think this is one of those visualization exercises that could really help us all shift our perspective at times when we really need to! I have woken up in the middle of the night from a bad dream and really had to work hard to get my mind off the things that I was dreaming about!
