Well…where do I even begin. It is 2:35 pm and I am in my PJ’s with 5 loads of laundry done, emails responded too, orders placed, and a to-do list that doesn’t seem to be getting any shorter! I went last week to Vegas for WPPI which is an amazingly huge photography conference. If you follow other photographer’s blogs (which you better not be), you will probably see that they went to. I think everyone was there…seriously…everyone! I really feel blessed that I was able to take classes from the amazing Kevin Kubota, Joe Buissink, Jamie Schultz, and others. They were all so welcoming and gracious and the information they shared was priceless! It got me totally invigorated for the year to come!
I have several weddings coming up this year and even more births (3 within the next month)!! These are just some of my favorite things. I also hope to start photographing families in need, whether it be sickness, death, or other hardships, I feel it is my duty to give back by offering photography as a way to heal. Feel free to nominate friends or family members by emailing me and telling me their story.
Finally, my sweet boy is on the road to recovery! He has been sick with one thing or another the entire month of February! I think he made it to preschool just a few days this month! The following pics were taken the day after we got back from Disney World. It was a really sweet day because we both stayed in our PJ’s (noticing a trend here)…and putzed around the house piddling with things. I unpacked and did laundry while he played with each and everyone of his toys like it was the first time he had ever seen them. Aren’t children the sweetest!
