The rest | Disney Vacation 2011

Disney was truly magical…I have several stories I want to tell…but I just can’t seem to find the time to do it. I guess as a business person…one thing that stood out to me…that I had once studied in my Organizational Behavior class many moons ago in Business school…was the Disney way of doing business. They truly try to create a place that is magical every single day of the year…so that if this is the only day that you can come…it will be just as magical as all 364 other days of the year. Even when undergoing renovations, etc…they strive to keep the appearance perfect. I never met a cross person or someone who was unwilling to help. I even had some people pop up at times when I needed help, but had not gotten a chance to ask. They were kind to my son…thoughtful in their intentions…and respectful of us at all times. Isn’t that all we ask for in our everyday dealings. That people are kind to us, genuinely thoughtful, and respectful. I guess the Disney team have truly got it down pat…but, I want to strive to learn to run my business as flawlessly as they do theirs!
